About My Icon Set

For this project, I created a set of 12 camping-themed icons designed to represent key parts of the outdoor experience. After interviewing a potential user, I gathered insights on what they wanted most, such as specific items they rely on while camping, the colors they gravitate toward, and the simple, approachable style they preferred. Their feedback helped guide the purpose and concept behind each icon, ensuring the final set felt meaningful and practical rather than purely decorative.

To make the icons even more versatile, I developed them into a set of stickers, inspired by how often nature and adventure-themed stickers appear on water bottles, notebooks, and gear. Each icon was kept clean and minimal so it could be easily implemented across digital platforms or printed materials. The final set combines functionality, clarity, and a sense of outdoor personality, making it adaptable for both design systems and physical products.
